Privacy policy

In short: we only collect what you type into the creator application. We use it to review your profile and contact you about campaigns. We do not sell it.

Who we are

This website (theviral.app) is operated by The Viral App LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, the same company that runs theviralapp.com. Contact: lucas@theviralapp.com.

What we collect

When you apply, we store the details you enter: full name, email, country, TikTok and Instagram handles, languages, niches, experience level, equipment, an optional portfolio link and an optional note. We also store where you came from (the referring page or link, if your browser shares it) so we know which channels work.

How we use it

• To review your application and decide whether a campaign fits your profile.
• To contact you by email or the contact method you choose about campaigns that match.
• To understand which channels bring creators to the network, in aggregate.

Who sees it

Your application is stored in a database hosted by Supabase in the United States and is visible only to the team that reviews applications. We do not sell your information. We only share details with a brand or client when you agree to take part in one of its campaigns.

Cookies, fonts and analytics

The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests them from Google. If you view the site in Spanish, the page loads Google Translate from Google to translate it, and your language choice is remembered in a cookie and in your browser. If we enable analytics, we will use it only to measure visits and form submissions in aggregate, and we will update this page when we do.

How long we keep it

We keep an application for as long as it is useful to match you with campaigns, or until you ask us to delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing lucas@theviralapp.com from the address you used to apply. We will reply and act on the request.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above. The privacy policy of our agency site is at theviralapp.com/privacy.
